Technical Master Trainer TMT5, a 3- month training program grant

Siemens Energy in partnership with the GIZ in Egypt, is providing a capacity building training program for 3 months. The training is majorly online and partially face-to-face in Siemens training center at Ain Sokhna. It is aimed to build the capacity of Egyptian trainers holding university degree, capable of dealing in English language and working in the field of some sectors related to the training center scope of work. They will learn how to best develop the training curriculums and how to assure the quality of the provided training. The program period is 3 months starting 7th January 2024 and finish 15th April 2024.

Target Group and Participants

The participants of the TMT are Egyptian trainers working in a technical training field and willing to enhance their capacity as trainers. They shall learn on adult trainers’ scheme and take part in the active learning classes. Siemens Energy encourages the trainers in the following fields to apply for the TMT program:

1. Hydraulic
2. Pneumatic
3. Energy
4. Welding
5. CNC
6. PLC

Training Structure and Mode of Provision

• The course is made up of 2 key modules on 12 weeks of training (approximately 210 learning hours in total).
• The training mode are divided into three weeks of face-to-face training and 9 weeks online training.
• The face-face training is full time training for 8 hours every working day and shall be at Siemens Training Center at Ain Sokhna.
• The online training is a part-time evening training for 2 hours every working day.
• Certificate of Achievement shall be awarded to those who fulfills the mandates of the training program.

For the face-to-face training, Siemens Energy shall provide accommodation at a nearby resort in Ain Sokhna and provide the transportation from Cairo to Ain Sokhna at the first day and back at the final day.
